Little Me.
There are things no one will explain to you in time.
Not because they don’t want to,
but because some lessons only arrive dressed as mistakes.
You will think you are behind.
You are not.
You are just early in a life that hasn’t revealed its rhythm yet.
You will outgrow people
and feel guilty for it.
Don’t.
Growth has never been a group activity.
There will be days you confuse silence for peace
and noise for progress.
Learn the difference.
It will save you years.
Not every opportunity is meant for you.
Some are just distractions that look like validation.
You will break your own heart
trying to be understood by people
who have never taken the time to understand themselves.
Leave sooner.
And listen—
loneliness will visit.
It will sit beside you, uninvited,
and try to convince you that you are lacking.
You are not.
Some solitude is not emptiness.
It is space.
You will learn this later,
but it would be kind if you believed it now.
There is no version of you that gets everything right.
Stop waiting for that person to arrive.
Become instead the one who keeps going.
